WebMar 15, 2011 · The power steering hose return line from the bottom of the flare up to the top of the 90 degree bend is 2.5 inches. The problem is that my radiator sits about 1.5 inches above the box. So once the line is in place I can't put the grill and radiator back in place. The pressure hose is fine.. it has the correct bends to get around the problem.
