WebbThe HealthPathways program is a joint project between Brisbane North PHN and Metro North Hospital and Health Service. HealthPathways is designed to provide our region's clinicians with up-to-date evidence-based patient assessment and management, referral and service information in an easy-to-access web and mobile-friendly format.
