Since then, I've joined the matchmaking queue seven times. Five of those seven times, the matchmaking timed out at 10 minutes. The other two times, I got a match after about 8 minutes.

I got one once when I got kicked during a server upgrade (nice user experience there) and it specifically said on screen for the next few queues that it was the low priority queue.
